Pleasant View vision Realized
The vision God gave the church more than a decade ago is now on the cusp of being realized. In July of 2016, Pleasant View Mennonite Church broke ground on a project that included a new sanctuary, church offices, a resource room and eleven new classroom spaces. We are nearing the end of the project. We worshipped in the new sanctuary for the first time April 29 and are planning a Dedication & Celebration service May 27.
The Dedication & Celebration service will begin with corporate worship in the new sanctuary at 10:30 AM followed by a noon meal. At 1:30 PM, we’ll celebrate the many memories of God’s faithfulness to PVMC in the old sanctuary space. A time of fellowship with cake and punch will follow.
We give thanks to God for His faithfulness throughout this project. His timing has been wonderful, even when we didn’t first perceive it. We praise Him that He has supplied the funds to complete this project without the need of loans. We invite you to come and celebrate with us on May 27 as we recount God’s faithfulness to us. Praise the Lord!
